CAD Data Modeler

CAD Modeler

We are currently seeking an experienced CAD Data Modeler for a 6+ month contract. You will work with design engineers on modeling projects to support the program design operations . Support the development of standard part library and supplier CAD model imports & provide support to design engineers for CAD modeling practices.

 

MUST HAVE:

● 5+ years NX experience with NX 6 or later (will consider high quality experience in other CAD software)

● Experience with horizontal modeling (elegant, robust feature dependency) methodologies

● Experience with Datum CSYS (offset referencing User Expressions)

● Experience with parametric freeform surface modeling, light smooth surfaces with continuity constraints (where applicable).

● Experience with geometry linking and understanding of in-context and PILO

● Experience with Extract and understanding of “At Time Stamp”

● Experience incorporating imported geometry into parametric models with parametric positioning

NICE TO HAVE:

● Experience with Parametric Sketch (New Sketcher) including mechanical frameworks, shape control of splines constrained by line framework, etc.

PLM Administrator Contractor – 6+ Months (100% Remote)

Location: 100% REMOTE - ANY GLOBAL LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED

DIRECTOR OF SECURITY ARCHITECTURE & APPLICATION

Our client is currently seeking a Security Architecture Director to be responsible for the management of security architecture activities including crafting and updating security architectures and associated implementation patterns. Additionally, the Director will coordinate the operational activities related to the ongoing design and deployment of security solutions, as well as the management and assignment of security architecture and AppSec resources.

SR ALGORITHMS AND MODELING ENGINEERING MANAGER

Our national client is seeking an algorithm and signal processing subject matter expert who can lead an established team of modeling & simulation engineers in how to do algorithm development and signal processing implementation.  This leader will work with and provide leadership over the modeling & simulation engineers who are looking to grow and expand their capabilities and be part of a best in class organization where additional capabilities are engineered and implemented in-house.  The right leader and SME will be able to build an innovative engineering department of algorithm engineers with a clear vision and strategy that ties into the goals and strategy of the overall engineering organization. This position is responsible for leading the technical growth of an already extremely capable team, enhancing the organization’s agility by introducing emerging development and design methodologies, while encouraging and empowering key leaders within the team.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a highly functioning Algorithm Engineering team (60%) while contributing technically to multiple advanced programs (40%)

  • Introduce modeling, simulation and algorithm knowledge and creativity as well as possess the discipline to drive results via established fundamental processes

Remote Cloud Security Engineers

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking qualified Remote Cloud Security Engineers to join our client’s team. We’re looking for someone with 7-10 years of information security work, with substantive experience working with cloud-based platforms.  We’re also willing to consider a candidate with substantive experience administering cloud-based platforms and a passion for the security discipline.  

Job Requirements:

•    Ability to apply a risk management lens to complicated technical issues and make recommendations about how to reduce risk.

•    Intellectual curiosity about cybersecurity issues. You read cyber and technical blogs and websites to stay current on industry trends and emerging risks.

Sr. Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst

Location: Remote

Manage security events identified from enterprise SIEM tool, Threat Intelligence, end user notifications, etc. to determine security risk and respond accordingly.

Coordinate response, triage and escalation of security events affecting the company’s information assets and activities within the Incident Response team.

Categorize, prioritize, and normalize an event to determine if it meets the threshold of a potential incident and declare an incident, if required following documented process.

Analyze and research known indicators of compromise (IOCs), correlate events, identify malicious activity, and take appropriate containment steps.

Formulate and execute a response to the incident and verify that it is contained, eradicated and systems are recovered.

Based on the review of the process and steps taken to remediate an incident, suggest and implement improvements in the environment (such as improving technical controls) and/or improve the incident response process.

Apply critical thinking in understanding the new & emerging threats working along with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat detection team and then build & execute required action plan.

Communication and Teamwork

Effectively collaborate other Information Security teams such as Cyber Monitoring, Threat Intel, Forensics, Threat Detection and Vulnerability management teams as well as external teams in various lines-of-business to enable enhancements in Freddie Mac’s security posture.

Present security analysis, action plan and risks to different audiences and adjust the delivery accordingly (business, technical and management) using either structured presentations or ad-hoc, and establish consensus.

Establish and maintain business relationships with individual contributors as well as management.

Participate in the review and documentation of requirements for analyzing the specific threats to assist in development of new use cases to detect, report, log, track, and escalate security events.

Communicate effectively and clearly to both technical and non-technical audience.

Operations

Augment Incident Response team to ensure 24/7 coverage and operations. Responsibilities occasionally will require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little or no advanced notice.

Routinely develop and update incident response playbooks to ensure response activities align with best practices, minimize gaps in response and provide comprehensive mitigation of threats.

Execute daily ad-hoc tasks or handle small projects as needed.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of Information Security or Incident Response related experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: security operations, incident response, network/host intrusion detection, threat response.

Demonstrated experience in handling security events in mission critical environments; hands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and technical expertise to resolve incidents and service requests.

Proven past experience in day-to-day operational processes such as security monitoring, data correlation, troubleshooting, security operations etc.

Good grasp of security incident response, such as different phases of response, vulnerabilities vs threats vs actors, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), etc.

Experience analyzing system and application logs to investigate security issues and/or complex operational issues.

Solid understanding of enterprise detection technologies and processes (Advanced Threat Detection Tools, IDS/IPS, Network Packet Analysis, Endpoint Protection).

Demonstrated experience with utilizing SIEM (such as Splunk, ArcSight etc.) in investigating security issues and / or complex operational issues on Windows and Unix .

Solid understanding of network protocols and operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, Databases).

GIAC, GCIH, CEH, CSA+, CISSP certifications
