We are currently seeking an OPTICAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER for our client’s highly skilled multi-expertise technical team.  You will provide critical on-site support to high-technology suppliers.

This position will provide key engineering products, such as:

  • Perform and coordinate system-level Optical hardware and process trades with internal departments and Supplier teams to arrive at mutually agreeable spec-compliant solutions to technical problems.

  • Definition, Design, Development and Performance Verification of Refractive/Reflective Telescopes, Optical Coatings, Detectors, Processes, and Components resulting in Delivery of Quality Products meeting our Customer’s Requirements

  • Optical budgets and sensitivities including wave-front error, MTF, line of sight, stray-light, SNR, SWAP, glint, spectral tuning/splitting, polarization, phase retrieval, image simulation, and radiometric calculations.

  • Creating and Managing Optical and Radiometric requirements and specifications for systems, assemblies, and components.

  • Hands-on test/review of data, materials and components to verify compliance to specifications


  • Bachelors degree in Optics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field with 9 years of HW design experience, OR, a Masters in Optics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field with 7 years of design experience

  • Experience of Zemax, Code V, FRED, and DOORS

  • Experience in Systems requirements management (ex. performance verification, requirements allocation) for LEO/GEO environment

  • Ability to mentor junior level optical engineers focused on technical/cost/schedule optimization

  • Familiarity with ASAP and MatLab ***BIG PLUS***

  • Able to acquire DoD Secret Clearance


Location: Lawrence, KS

The Microbiologist Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the corporate microbiological control programs at the plant level you will collaborate with other key functions to ensure production meets the requirements of the microbiological standards and operating procedures.


Microbiological control programs include, but are not limited to: Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and other associated prerequisite programs, cleaning and sanitization, environmental monitoring, finished product testing & release, and corrective and preventive actions. In addition, you will provide comprehensive microbiological support, training and guidance to site food safety teams.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement microbiology initiatives and programs.

  • Utilize process and microbiological metrics to anticipate potential problems and recognize existing problems that could impact product safety and quality.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of mitigation strategies to reduce microbiological risks, including cleaning & sanitization, cGMP and preventive controls.

  • Supports FSMA initiatives and regulatory activities ensuring manufacturing sites are operating in compliance with all applicable microbial, food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide support for site micro non-conformance investigations. Provide guidance for preventive and/or corrective action plans.

  • Lead improvement process for capturing learning from failures and sharing knowledge with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Ensure microbiology and food safety records are appropriately documented. Ensure the interpretation of the data is correct and the results are effectively communicated to appropriate individuals.

  • Promote and organize training sessions to relevant stakeholders to build microbiology and food safety knowledge within facilities.

  • Provides and shares insight into managing microbiological hazards in post-extrusion added ingredients.

  • Consults with the contract manufacturing team to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a high degree of technical competence by reading scientific journals, attending professional workshops, and being aware of food industry issues and trends

This is a great opportunity for a Drainage Engineer to work with a team of engineering professionals in delivering innovative solutions for a variety of roadway, transit, and drainage projects. The candidate will have experience with feasibility studies, engineering modeling and design, and construction management. Candidates must be willing to work in a proactive team environment, mentor junior team members, and assist senior team members with delivering design and operational solutions to complex transportation problems. 

The selected candidate will provide drainage analysis and design services for large transit and transportation projects while systematically building a self-sustaining drainage practice with support from other office locations. Project assignments will result in a steadily increasing level of complexity and responsibility. Project role will also include tracking of task or project budgets and progress, coordination with other task leaders and project managers, coordination with cross-discipline plan components, and client interaction. Practice development responsibilities will include branding the Company as a drainage and stormwater firm, identifying and positioning for drainage work, and future staff development. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills. Design experience using and guiding the use of CADD and GIS software is preferable, particularly Microstation, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS. Experience with at least several of the following drainage analysis and design tools are required: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS steady and unsteady, SWMM, XP-SWMM 1D/2D, InfoWorks 1D/2D, StormCAD, and GEOPAK Drainage. Additional software skills from related disciplines are also a plus.

We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead on high-rise and mixed-use projects. We are looking for candidates that are interested in working in the Los Angeles and Culver City markets.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this position include:

  • At Risk experience required

  • Must have a project list

  • Ground up projects and interior

  • Strong knowledge of building systems

  • OSHA Certified, OSHA 30 preferred

  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)



Location: San Francisco

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to assist in the design of high-end residential and light commercial projects.


The successful individual will be a structural engineer with two to six years of experience who wants to work and grow as a team player within a firm in San Francisco, California.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this position include:

  • A four-year degree in engineering or a related field

  • Registration as an EIT required; Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain preferred

  • 2-6 years of experience in the structural design of buildings or similar structures

  • Consulting experience with architectural firms and project owners

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills

  • Familiar with AutoCAD, RISA 2D, Enercalc, and RetainPro is a plus


Location: West Texas

We are currently seeking an experienced Well Site Geologist. To work on one of the largest and most active field/lab geoscience hotspots in the US.

The ideal candidate will work both in outdoor and lab environments, possibly in remote locations. Our client works high profile exploration projects which require extreme levels of communication and geological understanding. Must have a passion for science.

Must have a degree geoscientist (preferred) or at least with two years of well site geology/mud logging experience.
